Topic: “NO FAULT” DIVORCE vs. “FAULT” DIVORCE: Is it Who Gets Custody of Child? OR Who Gets Custody of Cash? EXPOSING THE TRUTH BEHIND DIVORCE!

Do these questions / statements sound familiar?
• My lawyer is not handling the financial aspects of my divorce to my satisfaction. I’m not convinced I’m getting my fair share. What should I do?
• I’m worried that my spouse will hide assets from me. How can I be sure that I’ll get my fair share of his business and other assets?
• Are alimony and child support taxable? If so, is there any way of setting up a structured system for support payments to my ex to lower my taxes?
• My spouse left me for his/her homosexual / lesbian partner? Can he/she claim child custody rights?
• I’m not happy with this marriage. My spouse sexually repulses me. I’m

in love with someone else and have committed adultery for some time. Do

I have custody rights to my children if I file for divorce? Will my spouse be entitled to everything, including property because of my adultery? What

are my rights and how can I fight for my share of everything? Are there

any escape clauses I can use to get out of this marriage and not lose everything?

First of all, what does this phrase exactly mean “in the best interest of the child?” Is there such a thing as “children’s rights?” What is a “no fault’ divorce? “Fault” Divorce? Is “fault” divorce allowed in all states?

What if “BOTH” spouses are at fault? Can a spouse successfully prevent

a court from granting a “no fault” divorce? How about preventing a court from granting a “fault” divorce? If so, on what grounds? What are some of the defenses to a divorce? Where does “Separation” play into all this? What

is “separation?”

Is “separation” considered a requirement for divorce in all states, some states, or not? Once a separation agreement has been signed, and the couple decides to reconcile and resume living together as a couple, does the signed agreement become void? Knowing how our legal system

works, is there an escape clause/provision to keep the signed separation agreement in effect despite voluntary choice to live together as a couple?

Last but definitely not least – how does Parental Alienation Syndrome (PAS) play into all this? What is PAS exactly? What is the “Silver Bullet Technique?” What are “Covenant Marriages?” What do you think of

modern day marriage versus traditional marriage? Do you believe we should have “fault” based divorces or “no fault” divorces? What is being done today to combat the high divorce rate?
